POLICIES
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
In our desire to be effective and fair, the following policies are honored for all guests, including package holders:
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice, a card on file will automatically be assessed a fee of 50% of all services. Should we be unable to successfully process payment a Missed Appointment Invoice will be emailed to you, or your pre-purchased services will be forfeited.
NO-SHOWS
“No-Show” appointments will be charged 100% in full for all missed services; pre-purchased services will be forfeited. You are considered a No-Show if you fail to contact us within 24hrs to advise that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment.
These policies are in effect, regardless of reason for cancellation/rescheduling/missed appointment/no show, even if that reason is due to an illness/flu/covid, or any other unexpected event.
REMINDERS:
1. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking - PLEASE enter your appointment into your personal schedule at time of booking,
2. You will receive an reminder email 3 days prior to your appointment,
3. You will receive a reminder text 1 day prior to your appointment.
These are all courtesy reminders, but please do not rely on them as a replacement for making sure you arrive for your scheduled appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Should your ability to make scheduled appointments (including recurrence of rescheduling appointments with long stretches of non-attendance) become a recurring issue - Cristabel Spa & Wellness has the sole discretion to handle each situation on a case-by-case basis.
PERMITTED GUESTS
Cristabel Spa & Wellness is a safe and tranquil space for selfcare & overall wellness and is for all guests, with the exception of children. Minors aged 9 - 17 are permitted with an adult, ONLY when the minor is scheduled for an appointment. At no other time are children of any age permitted, No Exceptions. Should you arrive to an appointment with children, they will not be permitted into the space. If you do not have other arrangements for your children your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Your card on file will be assessed the full amount for all missed services.
COVID
We continue to be cautious due to covid. Masks are optional for all our guests. However, for the continued safety of the staff and all guests your therapists will continue to wear masks and face shields at all times.
